Paul L. Palandjin - Secretary

Intercontinental is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser that specializes in the management of private equity real estate investments and provides real estate services. Established in Boston over 40 years ago and recently ranked in the top 100 United States real estate investment advisors by Pension & Investments, Intercontinental has acquired, developed, built, and/or managed over US $2 billion of real estate and has earned an international reputation as one of the leading US real estate investment and development firms. Mr. Palandjian oversees the operations of all Intercontinental affiliated companies. He maintains positions on both the Executive and Investment Committees, and has primary responsibility for managing international sales and marketing efforts on behalf of the organization. Previously, in his position as CFO, Mr. Palandjian was responsible for the company's finance, control and audit procedures. He also coordinated all creditor and investor correspondence and maintained primary responsibility for corporate communication and new business development. Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian was a Banking Associate at the Bank of Boston. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mount Auburn Hospital and is an Incorporator of the Belmont Hill School. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Marvin Jones Charitable Foundation, Inc, an organization dedicated to supporting and motivating youth towards success by engaging them in positive experiences through academics, community involvement and sports. A former world-ranked tennis player on the ATP tour, Mr. Palandjian earned his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
